• The Food Story -The Food Production Laboratory (Kitchen and Bakery) is an operational and modern facility designed to allow students to learn basic and advanced culinary skills in Indian and international cuisines. Chefs are taught here how to become world-class chefs through the study of kitchen management, hygiene, and sanitation, as well as menu planning and costing. Students learn from the professional chefs at the kitchens of Deccan Harvest, Wah Marathi, Kara & Meg.
• Training restaurant and advanced bar: A Training Restaurant and Bar with beautiful interiors and a pleasant atmosphere are called 'The Cuisine'. It has an array of modern crockery and cutlery, allowing students to practice international service styles. They acquire day-to-day experience in the management and operations of the restaurant business by working in Deccan Harvest, Kara & Wah Marathi outlets.
• The Cocoon' – Housekeeping Lab (model guest room): A model guest room is built in the institute named after our own hotel, Cocoon. Students in this lab get to learn what is offered by a five-star hotel, including amenities and services. Among other things, this department is responsible for the beautification, maintenance, and upkeep of our Cocoon Hotel, which is a four-star hotel. Students have the opportunity to practice various management and supervision tasks during their stay.
